Position AVP / VP– Sales & Marketing –Export (BOPP / BOPET Films)
Role To sell BOPP films in markets of USA.

Qualification Full time MBA (Marketing) or equivalent, Candidates with Sales /
Chemical background will be preferred
Experience
Minimum 15 years with background in either Packaging, printing,
chemical or paper industry with exposure of sales at USA.
Those having exposure of selling BOPP & BOPET films will be
preferred.
1. JOB PURPOSE
Identify new business opportunities by tapping the potential customers within allocated
region. To make sure that the existing clients are retained and maintained while developing
the new customers. To constantly review distributor's performance and monitor their work,
so that relevant information can be provided to the management and targets are achieved
accordingly.

Formulating and coordinating marketing activities to
promote products and services.
Responsible for identify market intelligence and identify
business opportunities by identifying prospects and
evaluating their positions in the market.
Good in increasing the order generation by establishing
contacts and building new relationships.
Knowledge and understanding of geographical coverage,
customer need assessment & retention and provide
feedback on Polyester/ BOPP products future buying trends.
Organizing sales visits and maintaining sales records.
End to end monitoring of the order cycle form procurement
to dispatch.
Coordinating with the logistics function to ensure timely
dispatch of the goods.
Ensure price realization of the products.

Development Maintain statistical analysis of customer activities and provide regular
reports on sales, development activities with sales forecast. Negotiate

Job Specification: A postgraduate candidate preferably with marketing and business
exposure in BOPP & BOPET, Printing & Laminates, Ink & adhesive industries. He’ll be
responsible for defined sales volumes in territories of USA and would be reporting to top
management of the company.
He should possess strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills and a good PR
skills.
