Site Head - Santacruz ( E)

Job Description:

Job Overview : 
The Site Head will be responsible for driving overall business performance at the site by leading deal closures, managing operations, and ensuring strong collaboration between the builder, employees, and head office. The role requires accountability for site-level P&L/EBITDA management, building lasting relationships with the builder, and ensuring seamless coordination between stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :
Business & Financial Management :

• Manage the overall P&L and EBITDA of the site, ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met
• Monitor expenses, implement cost-saving initiatives, and optimize site profitability without compromising quality
• .Provide regular financial updates and forecasts to senior management.

Builder & Stakeholder Relationship Management :

• Act as the primary representative of the company with the builder, ensuring trust, transparency, and collaboration.
• Foster long-term partnerships and resolve any concerns or conflicts effectively.

• Align builder expectations with company objectives for smooth execution of projects.
  
  

Collaboration & Coordination :

• Serve as a bridge between builder, employees, and head office to ensure clarity, alignment, and unified execution.
• Maintain effective communication across internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues proactively.
  
  

Deal Closure & Project Sourcing :

• Lead and manage the closure of real estate deals, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Source new projects, evaluate feasibility, and build strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Negotiate favorable terms with clients, vendors, and contractors for successful execution

 Sales & Target Achievement :

• Drive achievement of monthly sales targets and sales velocity in line with the Business Plan numbers.
• Ensure consistent monitoring of sales funnels, site performance, and conversion ratios.
• Implement corrective actions to address shortfalls and ensure continuous sales momentum.

Site Operations & Documentation

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure timely project progress.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, site progress, and project documentation.
• Provide regular reports to management on achievements, challenges, and next steps.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

• Supervise and mentor the backend and site teams, including managers, engineers, and operational staff.
•  Ensure seamless coordination across procurement, design, and construction teams.

•  Set clear performance benchmarks, timelines, and responsibilities for the team.

Client Engagement & Satisfaction

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
•  Provide regular updates on project timelines and milestones.
