Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Training & Learning Development Manager who will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering effective training programs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in creating SOPs, preparing training presentations, and conducting individual and group sessions across departments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all departments in coordination with functional heads.

  • Prepare and present customized training materials, PowerPoint presentations, and visual aids for internal sessions.

  • Conduct onboarding, functional, and soft-skill training programs for employees at all levels.

  • Assess training needs and create annual learning & development plans aligned with organizational goals.

  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, performance improvement, and progress tracking.

  • Maintain training records, attendance, and performance metrics.

  • Collaborate with management to identify gaps and introduce continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Promote a culture of learning and professional growth within the organization.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 2–5 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or HR.

  • Proven experience in SOP creation, presentation design (PPT), and training delivery.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.

  • Strong command of MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
