Richmond Trading, a diversified business group, manages operations for Pride Group Hotel, one of Aurangabad’s reputed hospitality brands. We are seeking a skilled and dynamic HR Manager with strong experience in hotel HR operations to lead and manage all human resource activities at the property.


Position Overview:

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should come from a hotel or hospitality background and possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations for the hotel, ensuring smooth employee functioning.

  • Handle recruitment and manpower planning for all hotel departments.

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs in alignment with company standards.

  • Maintain employee records, payroll coordination, and attendance management.

  • Manage employee engagement, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.

  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance staff skills and service quality.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF/ESIC, and other statutory requirements.

  • Support management in performance appraisals and retention strategies.

  • Foster a positive and professional work culture that aligns with hospitality standards.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management.

  • 3 – 5 years of experience as HR Executive/Assistant Manager/Manager in the hotel industry.

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, statutory compliance, and hotel staffing processes.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.

  • Ability to handle multi-department coordination within a fast-paced environment.
