About the Company:
Richmond Trading, a diversified business group, manages operations for Pride Group Hotel, one of Aurangabad’s reputed hospitality brands. We are seeking a skilled and dynamic HR Manager with strong experience in hotel HR operations to lead and manage all human resource activities at the property.
Position Overview:
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should come from a hotel or hospitality background and possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end HR operations for the hotel, ensuring smooth employee functioning.

Handle recruitment and manpower planning for all hotel departments.

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs in alignment with company standards.

Maintain employee records, payroll coordination, and attendance management.

Manage employee engagement, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.

Coordinate training and development programs to enhance staff skills and service quality.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF/ESIC, and other statutory requirements.

Support management in performance appraisals and retention strategies.

Foster a positive and professional work culture that aligns with hospitality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management.

3 – 5 years of experience as HR Executive/Assistant Manager/Manager in the hotel industry.

Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, statutory compliance, and hotel staffing processes.

Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.

Ability to handle multi-department coordination within a fast-paced environment.
