Responsibilities:

• Strategic HR Leadership:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business objectives.
• Partner with plant leadership to address workforce challenges and improve organizational efficiency.
• Talent Acquisition & Management:
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure the timely hiring of skilled personnel.
• Employee Relations & Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• HR Operations:
• Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and leave management processes.
• Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for management review.
• Skill development, Workforce Training to be implemented. 
• Prepare HR reports and provide strategic recommendations
• Prepare and maintain HR-related documentation, including SOPs, manuals, formats, and records as per Quality Management System (QMS) standards

Required Qualification: - BBA/MBA - HR

Salary :- Upto 7.00  LPA
