Position: HR Manager
Location: Silvassa
Experience: 5 - 10 Years

Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business objectives.
- Partner with plant leadership to address workforce challenges and improve organizational efficiency.
- Talent Acquisition & Management:
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure the timely hiring of skilled personnel.
- Employee Relations & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- HR Operations:
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and leave management processes.
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for management review.
- Skill development, Workforce Training to be implemented.
- Prepare HR reports and provide strategic recommendations
- Prepare and maintain HR-related documentation, including SOPs, manuals, formats, and records as per Quality Management System (QMS) standards
Required Skills:

- Organizational skills.
Required Qualification: - BBA/MBA - HR
Salary :- Upto 7.00 LPA
