Job Description:

Handle employee documentation from joining to exit.

Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data.

Support monthly payroll processing through HR software.

Assist in PF registration, uploading data, and compliance activities.

Assist in ESIC registration, online submissions, and documentation.

Coordinate overtime sheets and documentation for contract workers.
-
Support HR compliance related to labour laws and statutory requirements.

Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies.
-
Help address basic employee queries and grievances.

Update and maintain data in HRMS and support HR software improvements.
