Job Description:

The candidate would be expected to carry out the following in the Accounts payable module:

  • Indexing of invoices.
  • Processing / Review of Accounts Payable invoices (3way match)
  • Master Data Management – Vendor Creation, maintenance and Reconciliation
  • Interaction with clients and vendors to resolve queries both via E-mail & Calls
  • Preparing check proposals.
  • Making payments to vendors – Check/ACH/WIRE.
  • P card/credit card transaction processing.
  • 1099 Reporting.
  • Experience in effective implementation of the incident management process.
  • Experience in managing the Security Operations Center and Event Monitoring and Investigation.
  • Responsible for ensuring RCA of identified incidents and implementing corrective action against the reported information security incidents.
  • Managing Incidents to resolution/closure.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • He/ She should be at least graduate in B.COM/MBA
  • Minimum Experience - 4+ years for Sr. Accountant.
  • Candidate for this position should be passionate, strong team player, self-motivated, and focused on quality and timely delivery.
  • In addition, to be considered for this position preference will be given to the candidates meeting the following criteria.
  • Strong team-oriented interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge in excel
  • Ability to work in a high paced, challenging environment
  • Requirement to work long hours during month-end, quarter-end and Annual activities
  • Good understanding of P2P
  • Good accounting knowledge
  • Good Data entry skills
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks with demanding deadlines.
  • Strong work ethics and positive team attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure following stringent deadlines
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills (Will need to speak to Client)
  • Team player as well as a hands-on individual contributor
  • Good judgment, tact, flexibility, organization and planning skills

Work Enviornment:

  • Working Days: 5 days (Monday - Friday)
  • Willing to work in shifts (6.30 PM – 3.30 AM)
  • Work from office - Both side cabs
