MIS executive for one of leading kids garments manufacturing company

Job Description:

Location: Factory – Jalan Complex, Junglepur
Industry: Preferably from the same (Manufacturing / Inventory / Logistics)
Experience Required: Minimum 7 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, maintain, and update MIS reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

• Manage and monitor inventory data, stock movement, and consumption records.

• Ensure accurate and timely data entry in ERP/Excel systems.

• Create dashboards, summaries, and analytical reports using Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Conditional Formatting, etc.).

• Coordinate with production, stores, dispatch, and management teams to ensure data accuracy.

• Identify discrepancies in stock or data and escalate as required.

• Support management with data-driven insights for decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Advanced Excel proficiency is mandatory.

• Strong understanding of inventory management processes.

• Hands-on experience in data entry, report generation, and record management.

• Minimum 7 years of work experience in MIS, preferably in manufacturing/industrial/logistics sector.

• Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and ensure timely report delivery.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
