Mittal Polygrains is a reputed organization engaged in manufacturing and trading of polygrains and related products. The company focuses on quality, transparency, and timely service to its clients across various markets.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accountant with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, and financial management. The ideal candidate should be able to manage day-to-day accounts, maintain accurate financial records, and support monthly/yearly financial reporting.

 Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Handle daily accounting operations, bookkeeping, and ledger entries.

• Maintain accounts payable/receivable, purchase and sales entries, and stock-related accounting.

• Prepare and finalize monthly financial statements.

• Perform bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and credit/debit note management.

• Monitor cash flow, petty cash, and maintain payment records.

2. GST, TDS & Compliance

• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B).

• Handle TDS calculations, deductions, challan payments, and returns.

• Ensure compliance with statutory tax requirements.

• Maintain proper documentation for audits and tax assessments.

3. Inventory & Stock Accounting

• Maintain stock register and support the store team in stock audits.

• Reconcile stock movement with purchase and sales records.

• Ensure accuracy in raw material, finished goods, and wastage accounting.

4. Billing & Documentation

• Generate sales invoices, purchase orders, and delivery challans.

• Maintain proper filing of all financial documents (physical & digital).

• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and transporters for invoice and payment-related matters.

5. Financial Reporting

• Prepare MIS reports, profit margin analysis, and expense reports.

• Assist in monthly and annual closing of books.

• Provide financial data to management for decision-making.

6. Software Knowledge

• Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.

• Good command over MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred).

• Experience with GST/TDS filing software is an added advantage.

 Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com).

• 2–5 years of experience in accounting (manufacturing/industrial sector preferred).

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.

• Good analytical ability, accuracy, and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
