Major Roles & Responsibilities

Handle TPIA and client queries/calls related to quality assurance and processes.

Prepare detailed inspection reports as per ITP, procedures, and project specifications, and maintain proper records.

Conduct in-process and final inspections as per GAD, ITP, project specifications, and international standards.

Ensure compliance with quality control procedures, industry codes, and client requirements.

Review and verify material certificates, test reports, and inspection documentation.
-
Demonstrate excellent reporting and documentation skills.

Possess strong knowledge of materials.

Interpret and review drawings including GAD, P&ID, isometric drawings, structural drawings, and instrument hook-up drawings.

Possess welding and material knowledge, including WPS/PQR as per ASME Section IX, welder qualification, material test certificate review, heat number traceability, PMI, etc.

Perform dimensional inspection, alignment checks, and level checks as per GAD.

Have testing knowledge of hydrotest, pneumatic test, and functional testing of instruments as per GAD, ITP, and project requirements.
