BIM Design Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a BIM Design Engineer to develop and manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) models for civil and structural projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate 3D models, coordinating with design teams, and supporting project execution through BIM-based workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage 3D BIM models for civil and structural components.

Prepare detailed design drawings, layouts, and construction documentation using BIM software.

Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams for model integration.

Conduct clash detection and model coordination using BIM tools.

Generate BOQs and quantity take-offs from BIM models.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, BIM standards, and quality requirements.

Update models based on design revisions and site inputs.

Support project teams with technical drawings, visualization, and documentation.

Required Skills

Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM tools.

Strong knowledge of civil and structural design principles.

Experience in 3D modeling, coordination, and clash detection.

Ability to read and interpret engineering and construction drawings.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Education

B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Preferred Experience

Experience in infrastructure, commercial, or sports infrastructure projects.

Knowledge of BIM standards and project coordination workflows.
