Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Head to lead the marketing strategy and brand growth initiatives for our retail jewellery brand in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building brand visibility, driving customer acquisition, managing campaigns, and creating innovative marketing strategies to increase store footfall and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals and revenue targets.
- Build and strengthen brand positioning in the luxury jewellery retail segment.
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, outdoor, events, and in-store promotions.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty programs.
- Develop strategies to increase store footfall and improve customer engagement.
- Manage digital marketing activities including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content strategy, influencer collaborations, and online campaigns.
- Plan and execute festive, seasonal, and promotional campaigns (Diwali, Akshaya Tritiya, wedding season, etc.).
- Manage brand partnerships, influencer marketing, PR activities, and media relations.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Work closely with sales teams to create marketing initiatives that support business objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze ROI, and optimize marketing spends.
- Manage external agencies, vendors, designers, and creative teams.
- Develop customer insights through data analysis and feedback to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all touchpoints including stores, digital platforms, and advertisements.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of retail marketing and customer behavior.
- Experience in jewellery, luxury retail, fashion, lifestyle, FMCG, or premium consumer brands preferred.
- Expertise in digital marketing, branding, and campaign management.
- Strong creative thinking with a data-driven approach.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and ROI tracking.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualification
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Preferred Experience
- Proven experience handling end-to-end marketing for a retail brand.
- Experience in developing regional and city-level marketing strategies.
- Exposure to jewellery retail, luxury brands, or high-value customer segments will be an advantage.
