Job Description:

Accounting:
• Maintain accurate accounting records.
• Bank Reconciliations statements.
• Compiles weekly and monthly financial statements and reports.
• Assisting with weekly cash reports and quarterly cash flow forecasting.
• Reconciliation of intercompany balances
• Preparation of GST working & filing of return
• Ledger scrutiny
• TDS/TCS working & filing of return.
• Income Tax Assessment working.

Tax Compliance:
• Preparing and finalizing monthly GST working for Timely filing all the GSTR 3B and GSTR 1 returns
• Preparing monthly working of TDS & TCS
• Filing quarterly TDS & TCS returns including correction returns.
• Filing Monthly/Annually Profession Tax Returns

GST:
• Preparation of GST Return MIS
• Preparation of TDS Return/correction of TDS Return MIS
• Preparing ageing analysis of Trade Receivable & Trade Payable
• Preparing ageing analysis of Other Receivable & Other Payable
• Preparing various MIS pertaining to respective Expenses head.

Requirements:
• Well versed with Tally and Excel.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Team work.
• Be open and have a zest to learn.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Create reports and dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and other tools
• Develop and deploy AI-powered analytics solutions

Must-have Skills:
• Proficiency in Power BI, Advanced Excel, and data visualization tools
• Experience with AI prompts and machine learning concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work with large datasets and complex data structures
