Accounts Executive

Job Description:

Role Summary

• Manage day-to-day accounting activites, including recording sales,purchase,receipts, payments,receipts payments, journal entries and mainting accurate records
• Prepare and reconcile bank accounts customer ledger,vendor a/c and other final statement to ensure accuracy
• Handle GST Compliance activities,including preparation,verification and timely filling of GSTR returns
• Manage TDS- related process including deduction payment reconcillation and timely filling of TDS returns as per application regulations
• Support internal and statutory audits by preparing required documents.

KRA: Task / Activities

• Maintain books of accounts by recording and verifying day-to-day financial Transaction
• Prepare and reconcile bank statement,Customer accounts,Vendor accounts and ledger balances
• Process invoices,payment,receipts and monitor accounts payable and receivable activites
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR) ad ensure timely compliance with GST regulations
• Deduct, reconcile and file TDS Returns and provide necessary support during internal and statutory audit.
