Position: Loading/Unloading, Dispatch & Logistics Incharge (Male)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Loading/Unloading, Dispatch & Logistics Incharge to manage warehouse operations, dispatch planning, vehicle coordination, inventory movement, and logistics activities. The candidate must have prior experience in the steel industry and should be capable of handling manpower, dispatch documentation, and timely delivery of materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise loading and unloading activities of steel products.
• Plan and coordinate daily dispatch schedules.
• Ensure accurate documentation including challans, invoices, e-way bills, and delivery records.
• Monitor inventory movement and stock reconciliation.
• Coordinate with transporters and drivers for timely deliveries.
• Manage warehouse manpower and ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Track dispatch status and resolve logistics-related issues.
• Maintain dispatch reports, vehicle records, and logistics MIS.
• Coordinate with production, sales, and store departments for material movement.

Eligibility

• BA/B.Com Graduate.
• 4–7 years of experience in the steel industry.
• Male candidates preferred.
• Strong organizational and supervisory abilities.
