Core Responsibilities

Team Management:Supervise and lead the shift staff, delegate tasks, provide training, motivate employees, and manage performance.

Quality & Safety:Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and all safety protocols, and address any safety issues promptly.

Reporting:Prepare and submit detailed reports to management about the shift's activities, performance, and any issues encountered.
