Key Responsibilities
1. Site Supervision & Execution
Oversee daily construction and finishing activities on-site.
Ensure all work is carried out as per approved drawings, instructions, and specifications.
Supervise contractors, masons, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and labor teams for smooth workflow.
Monitor and verify materials received, quantities used, and work completed.
Ensure proper site cleanliness, organization, and safety practices.
Report any delays, discrepancies, or technical issues to the Site Engineer/Project Manager promptly.
2. Initiative & Independent Execution
Act as a self-driven site lead, capable of taking day-to-day decisions on-site to ensure continuity of work.
Anticipate material, labor, and equipment needs and coordinate proactively with procurement and engineers.
Plan and execute tasks to maintain work continuity even in absence of higher management.
Ensure quality, productivity, discipline, and coordination among site teams.
3. Quality & Safety Control
Conduct regular quality checks for civil, finishing, and MEP works.
Enforce safety norms and ensure PPE compliance by all site personnel.
Prevent rework by maintaining execution accuracy and following approved drawings.
