Responsibilities-
This is a full-time remote role for an Associate Vice President of Sales at Peregrinee. It is an individual role of end-end sales and account management which involves no team handling. You will be a part of the founding team responsible for creating the entire sales process for the company.
Setting up the Domestic and International Business segment for the first time for Peregrinee
Creating channel partners in India, US, UK, AUS, Singapore and other countries.
Being involved in the complete sales cycle as well as account management.
Lead Generation: Generating leads through channel partners, customer references, personal networks.
5. Requirement Generation & Analysis: Nurturing the leads and generating requirements from them. Doing the top level analysis of the requirement & assessing the business value. Understanding the core area of concern from the client evaluating the feasibility to provide the required solution from the business angle.
6. Technical Analysis: Getting the right technical people involved for analysis, being involved in the entire process. This involved telephonic/video conferences, f2f meetings etc.
7.ROI calculation: Calculating the ROI for the client to showcase the value proposition.
8.Business Proposal: Preparing the business proposals highlighting the value proposition compared to the price, sharing company portfolios and call to actions.
9.Follow Up & Closures: Being in regular touch with the client and highlighting the reasons of urgency to close the deal faster.
10.Financials & Work Orders: Getting the client to pay on time and getting the work order released.
11.Account Management: Being in constant touch with the accounts and grow the volume of business each quarter.
12.Reporting: The entire sales process and account updates are maintained through a CRM. Reporting and Pipeline Management have been a regular to dos.
13.Monthly and Quarterly targets
14.Coming up with new ideas like – GEM (Go Extra Mile) Awards, participating in corporate awards, applying for quality certifications etc.
Requirements -
10-20 years of sales and account management experience in IT industry
Proven track records of meeting quarterly and annual targets
Create clients from personal networks and other strategies of yours
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in the IT or digital transformation industry
BTech or BSc in Computer science
Proven track record of working in startups and creating an entire sales cycle being a part of the founding team.
