Salary: Up to ₹25,000/month
Qualification: Graduate (Mandatory)
Experience: 1-2 years in Social Media or a related field

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation & Publishing

   • Plan, create, and publish engaging content daily, including original text, images, videos, and interactive elements.
   • Ensure content aligns with brand identity and resonates with the target audience.

2. Brand Awareness & Community Engagement

   • Build meaningful customer connections and increase brand visibility.
   • Encourage active engagement and interaction from community members.

3. Social Media Strategy

   • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute social media strategies.
   • Identify trends and implement tactics to optimize content performance.

4. Analytics & Reporting

   • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, clicks, etc.).
   • Prepare detailed reports and recommend improvements for better results.

5. Stay Updated

   • Keep up with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in managing platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
• Hands-on experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
