Job Description:
Position: Executive/Engineer - Tool Room - Machinist
Location: Degam Nearby Vapi
Experience: 4- 5 Years
Industries: Plastic
Responsibilities:
- Machining of components as per drawing and plan with desired accuracy and surface finish,
- should be able to understand the drawing
- well aware of the different optional of machining
- mathematical calculations related to machining
- Maintain 5S in tool Room
- Report the daily activities to the incharge.
- Periodic and break down maintenance of moulds
- Spare management, Review mould life and share mould health
- Machining of mould parts as per drawing
- Inspection
- Inward inspection of new moulds
- Mould assembly
- Maintain mould history
- Reporting and documentations
- Polishing of core and cavities .
Required Skills:
- Logical thinking.
- Organizing
- Good in communication.
Required Qualification: - ITI/Diploma - Mechanical
Salary :- Upto 3.60 LPA
