Key Responsibility :
Branch Manager (Agency Partner Channel)
- Business Growth & Target Achievement:
- Drive branch revenue by achieving sales targets for life insurance policies through the agency partner channel.
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize market penetration and achieve consistent business growth.
- Agency Partner Network Expansion:
- Recruit, onboard, and train new agency partners to strengthen the distribution network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners to enhance productivity and retention.
- Managing Partner Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of Managing Partners (MPs) to drive performance and achieve branch objectives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate skill development through training programs.
- Operational Excellence:
- Ensure branch operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
- Oversee daily activities to deliver exceptional customer service and seamless operations.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track branch and team performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and present periodic business updates and insights to senior management.
- Customer and Market Focus:
- Understand customer needs and design customized life insurance solutions to meet their requirements.
