The role of the Sr. Manager (Service + Maintenance) would be to manage the entire service department of around 70 to 80 people.
He would have sub managers/assistants under him to manage this team.
Should have experience of monitoring maintenance teams through his assistants
Key responsibilities of a service maintenance worker might include:
