Job Title: Experience Coordinator

Location: Mumbai, India

Qualification- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Event Management, Interior Design, Fashion Design (preferably from NIFT), or a related creative field.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: Based on experience and skills.

• Working Days: 6 days a week. 

Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Experience Coordinator/Event Decorator with a background in design, events, or a related creative field. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for transforming spaces through innovative décor and floral arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and requirements for various events and spaces.
• Design Proposals: Develop and present mood boards and design concepts that align with client expectations and 1 Magnolia Lane's artistic standards.
• Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with tent house companies and other vendors to source necessary inventory and materials, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• On-Site Execution: Lead the execution team during event setups, overseeing the installation of décor and floral arrangements to ensure flawless implementation.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality and aesthetics in all décor elements, ensuring client satisfaction and brand consistency.

Skills:

• Proven experience in event decoration, interior styling, or related roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to conceptualize and execute unique design ideas.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members and vendors.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in design software and tools is a plus.
