Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of marketing strategies, with proven leadership skills to guide and motivate a team. Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Bengali is required to effectively communicate across diverse markets and ensure brand success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the marketing team to develop and implement strategic marketing plans for the company’s engineered products, particularly steel pipes.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, and traditional) to promote the company’s products.
• Collaborate with sales and product development teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Oversee content creation for various platforms, ensuring clear messaging across different languages (Hindi, English, and Bengali).
• Manage the company’s social media presence and online reputation.
• Organize and represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and exhibitions.
• Prepare and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency in all activities.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering professional development and growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the engineering or industrial sector.
• Proven experience in team leadership and managing a diverse team.
• Fluency in Hindi, English, and Bengali is essential for effective communication.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, SEO, content marketing, and analytics.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of the steel industry and engineered products is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in B2B marketing within manufacturing or engineering sectors.
• Experience with CRM software and data analytics platforms.
• Creative thinking with a strong problem-solving ability.
