The desired candidate for a Sales Coordinator should have a degree in Business or a related field, previous sales support experience, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities will be preferred.

Job Description:

• Sales Support: Assist the sales team by handling administrative tasks such as managing schedules, processing orders, and preparing sales documentation.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update customer records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Order Processing: Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders and liaise with relevant departments for smooth delivery.
• Reporting: Prepare and generate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analytics to help the sales team track their progress.
• Communication: Act as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and other departments to ensure efficient and clear communication.
• Sales Documentation: Prepare and organize sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for clients and prospects.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and ensure that products are available for orders, coordinating with the logistics team as needed.
• Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and order status in a timely and professional manner.
• Sales Coordination: Assist in coordinating sales meetings, client visits, and events, ensuring all logistics and materials are prepared.
• Continuous Improvement: Suggest improvements to sales processes and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
