Designation: Assistant Marketing Manager

Qualification: Graduate / MBA


Job Location: Kharghar (Navi Mumbai)

Experience: 1 to 2 Years

CTC: 6.00LPA

Gender – Female/male

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing

  • Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website leveraging social media platforms and effective SEO mechanism.
  • Google Ad words & Facebook Ad words, Social Media & Taboola Performance Marketing Campaign for Affordable & Affordable Luxurious Projects.
  • Developing a complete Digital Marketing plan.
  • Scheduling the content.
  • Giving insights & themes for the creative designing.
  • Creating PPC & RTB ads for Performance Marketing Campaign of the projects.
  • Handling social Media Channels Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Geo Targeting Campaigns.
  • Reviewing &monitoring results for each Campaign.
  • Online Reputation Management through Agency.

 

 

Strategic Budget Management

  • Budget planning for all Offline as well as Online Marketing Campaigns.
  • Formulating and tracking various reports through MIS including monthly spends (line wise, bucket wise) and Calculating ROI against each Marketing Vertical.

 

 

Offline Marketing.

  • Creating annual/monthly plans for lead generation through a balance of ATL/BTL/Digital channels, analysing each channel against conversions, communication & target audience. Added new channels for lead generation.
  • Conceptualizing/communicating attractive consumer offers for festival & new launches which were featured across major publications.
  • Identifying Media, Digital Marketing and PR agencies to strategize and implement annual brand plans, marketing campaigns, marketing collaterals & PR campaigns.

 

  • Planning and managing participation in 4 major exhibitions. Complete detailing for special schemes, partnering with agencies for simultaneous outdoor, radio and print campaigns.

 

  • Planning and executing various branding assignments for the Brand.

 

  • Successfully allocating yearly budgets on a 360-degree brand building and marketing campaign over ATL/BTL digital campaigns. Measuring performances for each campaign against expenses

 

  • Conceptualizing & designing all Marketing Collaterals.
