• Basic accounting and taxation knowledge (TDS, professional tax, invoicing)

• Basic marketing and social media sense understanding, content preparation & posting

• Self-discipline with planning and organizational skills

• Strategic decision-making and innovation

• Must be an Innovative thinker to grow the company culture and environment Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment, talent acquisition, and salary negotiations

• Manage payroll, performance appraisals, and employee relations

• Engage with customers for invoice and payment follow-ups

• Organize cultural activities to foster a positive work environment

• Contribute to company growth through strategic HR initiatives

• Collaborate on social media and internal branding activities
