Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow TPRM & S2P Specialist to manage, optimize, and enhance the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and Source to Pay (S2P) modules. This role requires expertise in regulatory compliance, risk management strategies, and workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow TPRM & S2P modules.
• Develop and manage workflows, forms, scripts, and integrations to enhance system functionality.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to streamline risk management and procurement workflows.
• Develop operational dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide day-to-day operational support, monitor system performance, and ensure stability.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests related to TPRM and S2P.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of total experience, with a minimum of 5 years in ServiceNow TPRM & S2P.
• Strong expertise in regulatory compliance and risk management strategies.
• Hands-on experience in configuring and optimizing ServiceNow workflows, forms, and integrations.
• Strong communication skills to manage stakeholder expectations.
• Experience in automation and process optimization within ServiceNow.
• Ability to develop dashboards and reports to track performance metrics.
