U.S Account Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled U.S. Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in U.S. accounting and bookkeeping, with hands-on expertise in QuickBooks. Proficiency in Xero is a plus. This role requires a strong understanding of financial management, compliance, and reporting to ensure seamless accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks for U.S.-based clients.
• Maintain and reconcile financial statements, general ledgers, and bank statements.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
• Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping in accounting systems.
• Work with QuickBooks (mandatory) and Xero (preferred) for financial reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes.
• Provide timely financial reports and insights to management and clients.
• Stay updated with U.S. accounting laws, tax regulations, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in U.S. accounting and bookkeeping.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks (mandatory).
• Proficiency in Xero is a plus.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
