Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

1) Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals.

2) Create and publish engaging content daily across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

3) Manage and oversee social media accounts' design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, etc.).

4) Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and industry.

5) Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media and adapt strategies accordingly.

6) Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

7) Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, customer service) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.

 

Requirements:

1) Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

2) Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.

3) Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).

4) Strong understanding of content marketing and SEO principles.

5) Creative mindset with a passion for engaging content creation.

6) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

7) Analytical skills and ability to interpret social media data to optimize campaigns.

8) Degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field is a plus.
