Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

● Research and identify potential clients and markets to pursue.

● Prepare and submit compelling proposals and bids in response to RFPs.

● Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the successful conversion of leads.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement growth initiatives.

● Analyze data to create actionable insights for strategy development.

● Develop and execute business development strategies in alignment with company goals.

● Track and report key business development metrics and progress.

● Provide regular updates to management on pipelines, conversions, and successes.

● Analyze the effectiveness of strategies and recommend improvements.

● Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the company.

● Identify partnership opportunities and potential clients during these events. Qualifications and skills:

● Bachelor's degree/Masters degree in business, marketing, or a related field .

● Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role

● Verbal and non-verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

● excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.

● analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data.

● Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
