.NET Developer

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

● Legacy System Enhancements: Assist in modifying and updating legacy .NET code to add new steps in the prescription sending workflow.

● Work with technologies like C#, Entity Framework, LINQ, and SQL to implement backend solutions.

● Event-Driven Service Support: Contribute to migrating functionality from legacy systems to event-driven architectures using Azure Storage Queues and Function Apps.

● Support the development and testing of cloud-based solutions in Azure.

● Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

● Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure robust and maintainable code.

● Document technical changes and contribute to the team’s best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

● 5+ Years of experience working on .Net Technologies

● Programming Knowledge:Familiarity with C# and .NET Framework.

● Exposure to Entity Framework and LINQ is preferred.

● Database Skills:Basic understanding of SQL and experience writing queries.

● Azure Basics:Some exposure to Azure App Services, Function Apps, or similar cloud technologies.

● General Skills:Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies.

● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

● Good written and verbal communication skills.

● Education: A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

● Some experience with backend development in academic or personal projects.

● Basic knowledge of event-driven architectures or message queues.

● Familiarity with Agile development practices.
