Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, a passion for data-driven strategies, and a proven track record of driving growth through innovative campaigns. This role involves overseeing digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media, and email marketing, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
SEO & SEM: Optimize website content for SEO and manage SEM campaigns to enhance online visibility and maximize ROI.
Content Marketing: Create and oversee content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, whitepapers, and social media content to engage target audiences.
Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing efforts with overall business strategies and objectives.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience: 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on B2B marketing.
Technical Skills: Proven experience in managing successful SEO and PPC campaigns.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to use analytics tools to drive data-informed decisions.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Tools & Platforms: Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
Project Management: Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
