Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team, a leading jewelry/artificial jewelry brand. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, specifically in the jewelry or e-commerce industry, and will be responsible for developing and executing online marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive website traffic, and increase sales.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Management:

    • Oversee and maintain the company’s website, ensuring that all content is up-to-date, engaging, and aligned with brand identity.
    • Optimize website for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
    • Work with the development team to improve the user experience, streamline navigation, and ensure mobile responsiveness.
  • Digital Marketing Campaigns:

    • Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram), and SEO.
    • Manage and monitor social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.) and grow the company’s online presence by engaging with followers, creating content, and running paid campaigns.
    • Analyze and report on the performance of digital campaigns, using data to optimize and improve results.
  • Content Creation and Management:

    • Develop compelling content that resonates with the target audience, including blogs, newsletters, social media posts, and product descriptions.
    • Ensure all content is consistent with the brand voice, messaging, and tone.
  • Social Media Marketing & Engagement:

    • Develop and implement social media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest, which are crucial for jewelry marketing.
    • Manage social media content calendar and execute posts, stories, and influencer collaborations.
  • Online Advertising:

    • Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other platforms.
    • Optimize ad performance, measure ROI, and adjust strategies to maximize conversions and revenue.
  • Analytics & Reporting:

    • Monitor, track, and analyze performance metrics (website traffic, social media engagement, conversion rates, etc.) to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
    • Generate regular reports and insights to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Customer Insights and Market Research:

    • Research the latest trends in digital marketing and the jewelry industry to keep the brand competitive.
    • Monitor competitor activities and perform market research to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the jewelry or fashion industry (both artificial and fine jewelry experience is a plus).
    • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, SEO, content management systems, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
    • Proven experience in social media management and digital advertising.
  • Skills:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Instagram, Pinterest).
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative content and campaign ideas.
    • Basic graphic design skills (experience with tools like Canva, Photoshop, etc. is a plus).
  • Education:

    • A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Personal Traits:

    • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to the company’s overall marketing strategy.
    • Passion for jewelry and fashion trends is highly desirable.
