Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage whole recruitment process including sourcing of profiles, screening, interviewing and on-boarding new hires
2. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
3. Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job portals, social media and employee referrals
4. Conduct background checks and reference checks
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of Applicants
6. Prepare and maintain Recruitment matrix like cost per hire, turn around time
