Job Description:
Position: QA Manager
Location: Panoli - Ankleshwar
Experience: 8 - 10 Years
Industries: Chemical
Responsibilities:
- All responsibility of quality assurance & quality control.
- Preparation of system SOPs and authorization of SOPs of operating departments.
- To monitoring of all the Q.C. testing & its complete follow up.
- To approve all the Raw materials, Packing materials, intermediates & Finished goods after proper testing with its online documents.
- Checking out daily & monthly calibrations as per designed SOPs.
- To prepare and execute master validation plan and calibration calendar
- Approval of Batch manufacturing record
- Review of batch records before dispensing
- To review and release Batch Manufacturing Records and final batch.
- Initiation, review, closure and trend analysis of deviation control and failure investigations documentation
- Initiation, investigation and review of market complaint. Coordination with client, production and marketing department for the market complaint.
- Review out of Specification results and its documents for final conclusion.
- Initiation of Batch recalls and its investigation for failure.
- Evaluation and discussion of Annual Product Quality Review
- Coordinate training of workers and staff with respective department.
- Facilitating Regulatory Inspections and other client audits on the site.
- Coordinate with purchase department for vendor requirements and its approval.
- To witness the calibration of instruments carried out by outside party and authenticate the certificates.
- To carry out self inspection in other departments and verification of compliance of non conformances.
- Review, approval and closing of change control after its implementation
- To coordinate and verify subordinate activities periodically
- To sanction sick leave, casual leave, short leave and adjustment of job responsibilities in case of leave and absenteeism.
- Regulatory compliance – FDA, new changes, client requirements.
- Quality Assurance functions: To eliminate non-value editing activities to improve effectiveness.
Required Skills:

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required Qualification: - M.Sc - Chemistry
Salary :- Upto 10.00 LPA
