Key Responsibilities:
1. Store Operations Assistance:
o Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning of the
store.
o Support the Store Manager in maintaining store standards for cleanliness, product
presentation, and safety.
o Help implement store policies and procedures to meet operational goals.
2. Sales and Customer Service:
o Assist in driving sales and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
o Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, offering product
knowledge, and resolving concerns.
o Actively promote products and services, ensuring the highest levels of customer
satisfaction.
3. Team Leadership Support:
o Support in managing, training, and mentoring sales associates, helping them
develop product knowledge and sales skills.
o Step in as the team leader when the Store Manager is unavailable, providing
guidance to ensure the team remains focused and motivated.
o Conduct regular briefings and communicate store goals, promotions, and product
updates to the team.
4. Inventory and Stock Management:
o Assist in inventory management, including stock counting, reordering, and
ensuring the availability of high-demand products.
o Help monitor stock levels and ensure products are displayed attractively and
efficiently.
o Participate in stock audits and manage discrepancies as required.
5. Visual Merchandising:
o Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure the store layout and displays are
visually appealing and align with company standards.
o Help implement visual merchandising strategies for promotional and seasonal
products to attract customers.
6. Cash Handling and Reporting:
o Assist in cash management processes, including balancing registers, processing
transactions, and handling cash deposits.

o Help prepare and review sales reports, providing insights to the Store Manager
about sales trends, customer feedback, and inventory needs.

7. Customer Relationship Management:
o Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and fostering
brand loyalty.
o Address customer complaints or concerns professionally and effectively to
maintain a high level of satisfaction.
8. Marketing and Promotions Support:
o Assist in executing local marketing and promotional campaigns to boost store
traffic and sales.
o Ensure that the store’s promotional activities align with the overall brand image
and messaging.

Qualifications:
 Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the jewellery or luxury goods sector.
 A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or
related fields is preferred.
 Strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering high-quality experiences.
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer demands.
 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
 Basic understanding of inventory control, sales reports, and cash handling.
