Accountant

Tally Expertise:

• Proficiency in using Tally software for accounting, data entry, and generating reports.
• Managing accounts payable and receivable.
• Ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.

Finalization of Accounts:

• Preparing financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Handling month-end and year-end closing activities.

Overall Accountability for Finance:

• Overseeing the entire accounting cycle, from journal entries to final accounts.
• Ensuring timely reconciliation of bank accounts, cash, and ledgers.
• Managing internal controls to ensure financial integrity and minimize risks.

Documentation and Compliance:

• Ensuring proper documentation for all financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, contracts, and payments.
• Keeping track of regulatory filings, such as GST, tax returns, and other statutory requirements.
• Liaising with auditors during the audit process.

Cash, Cheques, and Payments:

• Supervising cash flow management, including petty cash and bank balances.
• Ensuring that all payments, including cheques, are processed accurately and promptly.
• Managing vendor payments and overseeing payroll processing.
