Job Description:

Position:        Back Office Executive

Location:       Ahmedabad

Experience:    1- 3 years

Industries:     Pharma

 

Responsibilities:     

  • Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and faxes.
  • Process orders, invoices, and payments.
  • Manage inventory and office supplies.
  • Maintain client records, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Coordinate internal meetings, schedule appointments, and maintain calendars.
  • Handle basic customer queries and provide support to the customer service team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage database entry, updates, and follow-ups.
  • Perform any other administrative duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Knowledge of office equipment (printers, fax machines, etc.)

 

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation 

Salary: - Upto 2.40 LPA
