Job Description:
Position: Back Office Executive
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 1- 3 years
Industries: Pharma
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and faxes.
- Process orders, invoices, and payments.
- Manage inventory and office supplies.
- Maintain client records, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents.
- Coordinate internal meetings, schedule appointments, and maintain calendars.
- Handle basic customer queries and provide support to the customer service team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage database entry, updates, and follow-ups.
- Perform any other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of office equipment (printers, fax machines, etc.)
Required Qualification: - Any Graduation
Salary: - Upto 2.40 LPA
