Mandatory Skills:
|
- Champion the entire ML lifecycle, from data exploration and feature engineering to model selection, training, evaluation, deployment, and maintenance.
- Experience in developing application using LLM models, Generative AI
- Experience in using RAG, Fine Tuning LLM models (Llama, Gemma etc)
- Knowledge of Python, R, or other AI/ML tools

- Knowledge AI/ML libraries frameworks like Langchain, Transformers, scikit learn, Tensorflow, Keras, Matplotlib etc
|
- Experience using data analytics/machine learning techniques (e.g. regression, classification, clustering, pattern recognition, anomaly detection, deep learning, self-learning etc.)
|
- Experience in Computer vision, image analytics and developing models using deep learning added advantage
|
|
Additional Skills:
|
- Master’s in industrial/manufacturing/production engineering is preferred with previous industry experience
|
- Experience in any of the domains - Oil & Gas, Desalination, Motors & Pumps, Industrial systems
|
- Knowledge of any optimization will be an added advantage
|
- Experience in areas such as Process control and process automation and monitoring, Predictive maintenance, Multivariate analysis, fault detection and diagnosis
|
Academic and soft skills:
|
- Education – Bachelor/Master degree in any engineering stream (Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical/Chemical)
|
- Strong experience in projects involving industrial/engineering problems, data analytics, modeling and simulation and system engineering knowhow
|
- Quick ability to learn and apply knowledge in multiple domain areas with excellent problem solving and communication skills
|
- Self-motivated with the ability to handle/work on multiple tasks and projects
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a passion for innovation.
