Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Developer with a strong foundation in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience in building intelligent systems and leveraging AI/ML techniques to solve real-world problems. As a Software Developer in our team, you will work on developing innovative AI/ML-based solutions that drive the future of technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML algorithms and models to solve complex problems.
• Work on data preprocessing, model training, testing, and optimization to improve accuracy and performance.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate AI/ML solutions into various applications.
• Utilize Python, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or similar frameworks to build AI/ML models and services.
• Research and apply the latest advancements in AI and ML to improve product functionality and efficiency.
• Contribute to the development of end-to-end machine learning pipelines, including data collection, model building, and deployment.
• Analyze and evaluate model performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in AI/ML technologies.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in AI/ML technologies and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, etc.).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar.
• Understanding of algorithms, data structures, and their applications in machine learning.
• Experience with model training, evaluation, and optimization techniques.
• Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and handling large datasets.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and distributed computing frameworks (Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts such as deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and reinforcement learning.
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
• Good communication skills to convey technical concepts effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI/ML-based applications in domains such as healthcare, finance, or e-commerce.
• Familiarity with deploying ML models in production environments.
• Knowledge of data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, etc.) and data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD practices for machine learning workflows.

Salary Bracket:
The salary for this position is set at INR 100,000 per month, aligning with the market standard for professionals with 2-5 years of experience in AI/ML technologies. Salary may be negotiable based on experience and potential.
