Position:          Purchase Officer

Location:          Indore

Responsibilities:

• Vendor Management:

• Potential vendor identification
• Planning and organizing vendor meetings
• Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors
• Resolve vendor or contractor grievances, and claims against suppliers
• Coordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying, selling, and distributing materials, equipment, machinery, and supplies.
• Purchase:
• Communicating between vendor and top management
• Placing purchase order to most suitable vendor
• Keeping records of the orders made and following them till delivery
• Keeping record of purchase invoice and processing them for payment
• Preparing transfer slip and transferring goods to the factory 
• Accounting:
• Auditing of Purchase Invoices(Quarterly)
• Entering purchase invoices in Tally & ERP iON
• To arrange Form 49 to get goods dispatched
• Maintaining record of Form 49
• Monthly stock verification of packaging, trading, and other finished goods 
• Co-ordination:  
• Processing sales order to factory
• Intimating daily dispatch plan to production manager on the basis of approval got from the marketing department
• Acts as a mediator between production unit and logistics for dispatch of orders
• Preparing and sharing order sheet to production department on daily basis
• Receiving raw material samples from factory and sending them for analysis.
• Recording analysis reports
• Updating records of pending sales orders
•  Any other work instructed by the HOD/Seniors.

Required Skills

• Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills.
• Logical thinking.
• Organizing.
• Good in communication.

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation

Salary :- Upto 3.00 LPA
