Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Director’s schedule, appointments, and meetings efficiently.
- Handle emails, correspondence, and reports with professionalism.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and data analysis using MS Office.
- Organize and maintain confidential documents and records.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
- Conduct research and summarize key information for decision-making.
- Plan and arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and events.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations for the Director’s office.
- Take minutes of meetings and follow up on action points.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Follow up & coordinate with other staff for tasks allotted.
