Job Description:

Position:          Asst. Manager - Finance

Location:          Jodhpur

Experience:       8 - 10 Years

Industries:        Chemical

 

Responsibilities:

  • Taxation & Compliance

  • Timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns (100% compliance).
  • Zero penalties or notices from tax authorities due to non-compliance.
  • Successful completion of statutory and tax audits within deadlines.
  • Timely reconciliation of GST Input Credit & Tax Liabilities.
  • Payment Follow-ups & Collections
  • Efficiently manage receivables and ensure timely payment collections.
  • DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) maintained as per company standards.
  • Reduction in overdue receivables.
  • Follow-up with clients for outstanding payments and ensure timely reminders are sent.
  • Implementation of a structured escalation matrix for payment follow-ups.
  • Debtor Management
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for decision-making.
  • Preparation and submission of monthly MIS reports by the 5th of every month.
  • Accurate and timely reporting of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.
  • Variance analysis of budget vs. actual financial performance.
  • Identifying and reporting financial risks proactively.
  • Report Management & Financial Analysis
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for decision-making.
  • Preparation and submission of monthly MIS reports by the 5th of every month.
  • Accurate and timely reporting of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.
  • Variance analysis of budget vs. actual financial performance.
  • Identifying and reporting financial risks proactively.
  • Banking & Treasury Management
  • Maintain healthy banking relationships and manage funds efficiently.
  • Ensuring funds availability for operations and optimizing working capital.
  • Timely settlement of LCs, Bank Guarantees, and Loan EMIs.
  • Ensuring cost-effective fund management by optimizing interest costs.
  • Timely coordination with banks for loan approvals, renewals, and documentation.
  • Leadership & Team Management
  • Lead the finance team effectively and enhance performance.
  • Setting clear roles & responsibilities for team members.
  • Conducting quarterly performance reviews of the team.
  • Ensuring timely training and upskilling of finance staff.
  • Maintaining team productivity and reducing errors in financial operations.
  • Ad-Hoc Duties:
  • Perform tasks as assigned by senior management.
  • Attend scheduled picnics and team-building activities.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Strong understanding of Finance & Taxation.
  • Proficient in Liaison, negotiation and presentation techniques.
  • Ability to lead team and collaborate with Management for organizational decision.

 

Required Qualification: - B.Com/M.Com + CA

Salary :- Upto 7.80 LPA
