Job Description:
Location: Kolkata
🎓 Education: Full-time Graduation (Mandatory)
💰 Compensation: CTC+ (Gross, inclusive of PF & ESIC) + Yearly one take-home salary as a bonus
📑 Bond: 2 years
📢 Mode of Interview: Face-to-Face (F2F) only
Experience: 1+yrs experience

✅ Appearance & Presentation: Well-groomed, stylish, and professional attire
✅ Communication Skills: Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication
✅ Experience: Prior front-office, receptionist, or customer-facing role preferred
✅ Personality: Warm, confident, and highly presentable with strong interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the front desk, greeting visitors, and handling calls professionally
- Assisting in administrative tasks, appointment scheduling, and office coordination
- Ensuring a pleasant experience for clients, guests, and employees
- Maintaining records, handling courier services, and managing office supplies
- Coordinating with internal departments for smooth office operations
