Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, a proven track record of achieving targets, and excellent negotiation skills. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and closing property sales while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and engage with potential clients for property sales.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their property requirements.
  • Conduct property site visits and presentations.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Generate leads  & Follow-up

  • Generate leads through various channels (cold calling, referrals, digital marketing, networking, etc.).
  • Follow up with potential buyers and provide necessary information regarding properties.

• Negotiation & Closing Deals

  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and finalize sales agreements.
  • Ensure smooth completion of the documentation process.

• Market Research & Reporting

  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Good knowledge of the local real estate market and legal regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
• Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license (if required for field visits).
