Job Description:
Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to build our brand, engage with our audience, and drive business growth. You will oversee all social media accounts, create engaging content, and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Graphics: Images/Video for website/Amazon by improving product listing through graphics/designing
Social Media Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
Content Creation : Create engaging and high-quality content for multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage online conversations to foster a positive community.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, services, and company initiatives.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or native platform analytics, and adjust strategies as needed.
Trend Monitoring : Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our content fresh and innovative.
Collaboration : Work closely with other marketing teams, and content creators to ensure brand consistency and effective cross-functional campaigns.
Paid Social Media Campaigns: Plan, implement, and optimize paid social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Photoshoot: Plan and execute photoshoot for the company
 
Qualifications :
 
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Proven work experience in social media management or digital marketing.
* Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
* Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
* Ability to work with analytics tools to measure and report on performance.
* Creativity and ability to think outside the box to create compelling content.
* Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.
Preferred Skills :
 
* Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.).
* Experience with influencer marketing or social media partnerships.
