Job Title:  RCA Leader

Job Location: Saudi Arabia

Year of Experience: Minimum 10 years

Salary: 18000 SAR- 35000 SAR

Working hours: 8 hours/ 6 days/ week

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop & lead the implementation of all Full fledge RCA investigations.
• Facilitate or lead major investigations for several plants’ EQ types, as well as critical units’ challenges.
• Weekly reports for highlighting all the progress of Full fledge RCAs.
• Develop and manage tracking system for all investigation and issued recommendations.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert and Leader for the FF-RCA team.
• Ensure compliance with FF-RCA methodology and process steps.

Requirements:

• Bachler’s degree in Engineering or related field from recognized institute.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in RCA Methodologies such as PROACT/ Taproot/ Defect Elimination.
• At least 5 years of site technical support in oil & gas or petrochemical industry.
• Taproot certified (preferred)
• Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) (MUST)
• Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) (preferred)
• Analytical, methodical, chronological and open-minded approach
• Fluent in English and excellent written communication skills.
• Have In-depth knowledge in change management and problem-solving techniques.
• Excellent in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
