Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Engineer Trainee to join our Aluminum Die Casting company. The selected candidate will undergo training in various departments to gain hands-on experience in die casting processes, quality control, machine maintenance, and production planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and understand the aluminum die casting process, including mold design, metal flow, and solidification.
  • Assist in machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting of die casting machines.
  • Monitor production quality and ensure compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.
  • Conduct process improvements to optimize cycle time, reduce defects, and increase efficiency.
  • Work closely with design engineers on mold modifications and new tooling requirements.
  • Support maintenance activities, including preventive and breakdown maintenance of casting machines and auxiliary equipment.
  • Learn quality control techniques, including defect analysis, root cause identification, and corrective actions.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as 5S, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing.
  • Maintain documentation and reports related to production, quality, and maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance production efficiency and meet business objectives.
