Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Engineer Trainee to join our Aluminum Die Casting company. The selected candidate will undergo training in various departments to gain hands-on experience in die casting processes, quality control, machine maintenance, and production planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and understand the aluminum die casting process, including mold design, metal flow, and solidification.
- Assist in machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting of die casting machines.
- Monitor production quality and ensure compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct process improvements to optimize cycle time, reduce defects, and increase efficiency.
- Work closely with design engineers on mold modifications and new tooling requirements.
- Support maintenance activities, including preventive and breakdown maintenance of casting machines and auxiliary equipment.
- Learn quality control techniques, including defect analysis, root cause identification, and corrective actions.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as 5S, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing.
- Maintain documentation and reports related to production, quality, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance production efficiency and meet business objectives.
