Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in sanitization solutions. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in sales, preferably within the sanitization or related industries. The role will involve identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets while representing ML Roy & Co. to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers and generate new leads within the sanitization sector.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Present and demonstrate sanitization products and services to potential clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by promoting and selling sanitization solutions.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
  • Provide excellent customer service, assisting with any post-sales support and addressing customer inquiries or concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to clients.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and client information in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and client meetings as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a sales role, preferably in the sanitization or cleaning products industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
    • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
    • Knowledge of sanitization products and services is a plus.
